This relational team serves the post-service connection area, facilitating Growth Track, reviewing gifts to recommend the right teams, and ensuring smooth hand-offs so everyone finds their place at Renewal.

The Guest Experience Team at Renewal Church exists to help every person feel seen, welcomed, and cared for from the moment they drive onto the property until the moment they leave. Together, these teams create a warm, gospel-centered environment where guests can easily take their next step with Jesus and the church.

Renewal Communications is the creative and strategic team that stewards all outward and inward messaging for Renewal Church, helping people clearly see who we are and how to get connected. The team oversees social media, web, email, text blasts, and all digital and print communications, ensuring a consistent voice and visual identity that reflects the heart and culture of Renewal.

Renewal Production and Media is the technical and creative team ensuring seamless services both in-person and online at Renewal Church.

This skilled group handles live broadcast, cameras, audio, photography, screens, and production management to deliver a polished experience every Sunday. They work behind the scenes so worship flows smoothly and everyone—here or at home—can fully engage and encounter God.

Renewal Finance Team stewards Kingdom resources with excellence, stewarding every gift—knowing not all have the uncommon ability to handle finances with wisdom and order.

Counters and input teams ensure accuracy, while Legacy and Capital Projects teams plan for long-term impact and growth at Renewal Church.

This faithful group organizes offerings, budgets, and projects so every dollar advances God's work, freeing leaders to focus on ministry.

This vital group includes the Set/Breakdown Team transforming venues with excellence, the Security Team providing vigilant protection, and the First Response Team ready for immediate care. Behind the scenes, they ensure seamless services so everyone can worship freely and connect deeply.

RNWL Kids is the joyful team creating fun, faith-filled environments where children encounter Jesus and grow strong at Renewal Church.

This dedicated crew leads age-appropriate lessons, worship, games, and activities for nursery through elementary during services, partnering with parents to build a gospel foundation.

With safety, background-checked leaders, and engaging curriculum like The Gospel Project, they make Sundays an adventure where kids feel loved, valued, and excited to learn God's story.
